If the connection is broken even though "Panel Server" and "Panel Browser" are running and communicating in the same computer, please check the following.
If the IP address is no longer valid because the LAN cable has been disconnected or the power of the hub on the communication line has been turned off, the IP address assigned by the "Media Sensing feature" of the Windows OS will change to "localhost 127.0.0.1".This will cause a disconnection if you were communicating with the IP address before the change.
