  Fixed an issue in the Summary action where, when aggregation was time-shifted with ReportOffset / SummaryOffset, a higher-level aggregation (for example, the yearly report aggregation when the daily report is offset by 8 hours) could be performed even though the offset time had not been reached, if the server was brought back online some time after being taken offline.

  Fixed an issue in Panel Server where an abnormal termination could occur when "Switch between main and sub unit" was selected from the menu displayed by right-clicking a communication driver unit.

  Fixed the Summary (CSV) action so that the processing that retrieves RAW data from a client using the Historical Data Server function and the logging processing are no longer mutually exclusive. This reduces how often gaps occur in the data log while a trend graph is displayed.

  Fixed an issue where an application error could occur the next time the system went online if a comment column [CMx] was added to the alarm master after the Alarm action had already been put into operation.

  Fixed an issue in Panel Editor where an abnormal termination occurred when an object was selected after searching for the target browser file with the script search, with multiple browser files (xml) assigned to a single project and a non-existent theme defined in the VisualTheme route property of the browser file.

  Fixed an issue where the actual value could not be retrieved even though "device" was specified for the third argument of the ReadVal common method from Panel Browser, when the tag value update had stopped - for example because "Update at the specified cycle" was unchecked in the folder or tag system properties.

  Fixed an issue where drawing was incorrect when the Width / Height form properties were changed while a form was displayed in the View control.

  Fixed an issue in Panel Server where the previous settings remained after selecting "New" or "Open" from the "File" menu, once the "Basic settings", "System settings" and "Browsing information" tabs of the properties shown under "Application" in the tree had been displayed.
