Graphic screen creation

 

You can freely create your own graphic screens.On the graphic screen, in addition to displaying signal ON/OFF lamps and numerical values, you can change the display position and size, switch the display color and display/non-display to express animation, and write values to the PLC through screen operations.
In addition to drawing shapes such as rectangles and lines, you can also display images and video data, and easily create high-quality graphic screens by pasting pre-designed component libraries onto the screen.

Alarm monitoring

 

Tag values can be monitored and alarm monitoring can be performed.Alarm summary screen, alarm history screen, event history screen, and event real time screen are provided as standard.There is also a function to send an email when an alarm occurs or returns.

Trend graph

 

Trend graph and comparison trend graph are provided as standard, and tag values are logged/aggregated and displayed as trend graphs.You can change the display period of the graph, show/hide the pen, zoom in/out, and save the data being displayed to a CSV file.In Comparison Trend, log data of different time series can be displayed side by side for comparison, for example, the previous day's log data and today's log data.
The pen settings and pen group settings of the graph can be freely edited in the settings screen during operation.

Daily Report (Report)

 

A daily report function is provided as standard.Daily, monthly, and annual reports can be automatically totaled and displayed on the daily report screen or printed as forms.The layout of the forms can be easily defined in an Excel sheet.
In addition, the settings of the daily report page (such as the order of columns and what data is displayed in which columns) can be freely edited during operation from the settings screen.Aggregate data such as daily reports can also be manually modified from the screen.

Operational monitoring

 

An operation monitoring function is available to monitor the operation status of production facilities.Equipment operating status can be displayed in undone, and changes in operating status such as operation, shutdown, and abnormality can be displayed in Gantt chart.It can also automatically aggregate the details of the operation status and display the operation rate, production progress rate, etc., for detailed analysis of the equipment operation status.

Signal List

 

A signal list screen is provided as a standard feature.You can display the information of the tags registered in the system in a list format.In addition to monitoring the current value of a tag, it also has a function to perform a stop operation (writing a value) on a tag. The tags and groups displayed in the list can be freely edited during operation from the configuration screen.

Demand monitoring

 

A demand monitoring function is provided as standard.Demand forecasts can be displayed and demand alarms can be issued based on the ring counter (accumulated counter) of the electric energy measurement data.In addition, a demand history screen and a demand report screen are provided as auxiliary functions for demand monitoring.The demand history screen can display the history of demand power for every 30 minutes as a bar graph as a demand history graph (demand curve graph).In addition, on the demand report screen, demand power in 30-minute units can be displayed/printed in daily report format.

Energy management (EMS)

 

Energy management functions are provided as standard.You can freely group by floor, department, energy type, etc. and display energy management graphs.The graphs can display CO2 equivalent, crude oil equivalent, energy equivalent, etc., as well as basic unit.
The energy management function is also called "EMS" from the acronym for Energy Management System.

Scatter graph

 

A scatter plot graph screen is provided as standard.In a scatter plot graph, you can freely specify the combination of data to be displayed on the X-axis and Y-axis.By specifying, for example, outdoor air temperature (°C) and electricity usage (kWh), a point will be plotted at the intersection of each value, allowing you to visually check whether the data is correlated or not.It is also possible to display a regression line on the graph, allowing you to see the slope of the correlation.
The graph display settings can be freely edited during operation from the settings screen.

Multi view (camera monitor)

 

The split view function is provided as standard.The layout of the display frame in the main area can be freely defined, and graphic screens and screens of standard functions such as trends and alarms can be displayed side by side at the same time.Network cameras can also be assigned to the split-screen display frame, allowing you to display images from multiple cameras simultaneously.
The display settings for the split display can be freely edited during operation from the settings screen.

Video player

 

A video player function is provided as standard.Video from network cameras, video files, etc. can be embedded and displayed in forms such as graphic screens.

Video Recorder

 

A video recorder function is provided as standard.You can record and play back streaming video from network cameras and other devices as MP4 format video files.In addition to manual start/stop recording, you can set start/stop recording times for each day of the week as a weekly schedule, or automatically record by detecting on/off event conditions based on tag values.
The data recorded by the video recorder can be played back from the video player component or the Multi View (camera monitor).

Guidance

 

Guidance functions are provided as standard.In addition to text information, image files such as photos, video files, PDF files, etc. can be freely registered as guidance information.Guidance information can be associated with information such as tags and alarms, and guidance associated with the selected information can be recalled and displayed from the signal list or alarm summary.For example, it can be used as an operation guide during operation by registering recovery procedures and emergency contact information in the event of an alarm, or by displaying equipment operation methods and cautions.

Sticky Notes

 

A sticky note function is provided as standard.The sticky note function is a feature that allows you to paste text information on the screen like a sticky note.Stickies can be attached to any screen, not only to graphic screens, but also to standard function screens such as trend graphs and alarm summaries.Sticky note information is stored on the server side, so information can be shared among multiple clients using sticky notes.

Related Information

 

The related information function is designed to seamlessly link different functions together based on the relevance of tags, data sources, alarm IDs, etc.For example, you can select a tag in the Signal List screen to call up the Trend Graph screen where the pen of the selected tag is registered, or select the desired alarm in the Alarm History to immediately play back the recorded data of the date and time when the selected alarm occurred on the camera monitor.
The definition of related information can be freely added or edited during system operation. By registering related information, you can customize your own screen transitions.

User management (login)

 

User management functions (login) are provided as standard.The login screen is displayed when the system starts up, etc., and authentication by user name and password can be performed.
Logged-in users can be authorized to change settings, display screens, etc., and the authorization settings can be changed during system operation.

License authentication

 

Two types of activation are available: "Regular License" and "Online License".A regular license is a buy-one-get-one-free license that is activated with a USB-type license key.The online license is a subscription-style license, and the license is activated via the Internet.It is also possible to operate in a cloud environment where USB-type license keys are not available.
