I would like to purchase FA-Panel with more than 30 clients, is this possible?

It is possible, but if the number of connected clients increases, there may be problems depending on the environment and configuration.
For this reason, if you wish to purchase more than 30 clients, we will ask you the following questions at the support desk.Please check the status and contact the support desk by email.
  1. What is the number of tags you are expecting to receive?
    For example, if a large number of tags are registered and accessed simultaneously, the communication traffic will increase.
  2. How many PLC are to be connected?
    FA-Panel can communicate with multiple PLC at the same time (unlimited number in configuration).If you are connecting to a large number of PLC, please let us know the number of PLC you are expecting to connect to, since that will generate communication.
  3. Are you thinking of displaying trend graphs, etc.?
    When displaying a large number of tags in a trend or displaying data in a fast cycle, the load increases.If the same screen is opened by clients at the same time, it will increase traffic and slow down the process.(You may be able to avoid this by thinning out the data or narrowing down the clients to be displayed.)
  4. When displaying trends, what sampling period and display span do you consider?
    Since the load varies depending on the number of points displayed on the screen, please tell us about the sampling cycle and display span.
In addition to the items mentioned above, if you have a large number of clients, you need to be aware of the following points.
  • We need you to be aware of the number of communications and data in the creation process, and we need you to devise ways to prevent slowdowns and conduct rigorous testing.
  • Machine specs, etc., with good performance are preferred. (However, we cannot provide a clear index.)
